We are now looking for a senior business developer for an exciting consulting assignment at a housing company just outside Gothenburg. The assignment starts immediately and lasts for about four months, with the possibility of some extension. The scope of the assignment can be adjusted, and there is an option for both full-time and part-time solutions.

On behalf of our client, we are now seeking an experienced and senior business developer for a time-limited consulting assignment.

In this role, you will have a central and strategically important position focusing on analysis, development, and change management. The client has identified a need for an external party to conduct a thorough review of the organization – how it is structured today, how the operations are conducted, and which issues are most critical moving forward.

The assignment involves contributing analyses and recommendations on how the business can develop to meet future needs.

• Review of the organization's structure, responsibilities, and working methods, with particular focus on project organization, technical department, and operational activities.
• Support and analysis related to area development and the client's ambition to establish its own department for safety and security.
• Mapping of existing competencies, identification of competency gaps, and future needs.
• Development of concrete and well-founded recommendations regarding priorities, organization, and possible development paths.

We are looking for a senior business developer with extensive experience in analysis and change management, preferably within real estate, housing, or community-related operations. You are accustomed to quickly immersing yourself in complex organizations and have the ability to see both the big picture and the details.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience in business development, organizational analysis, and change management.
• Experience working closely with management teams and decision-makers.
• Experience with project organizations and project management.
• Good understanding of technical organizations and operational activities.
• Ability to analyze competency needs and organizational structure.
• Experience from the real estate or housing sector is highly meritorious.

As a person, you are analytical, confident, and clear in your communication. You dare to ask the tough questions and deliver honest recommendations while maintaining a receptive and professional demeanor.

You are structured, independent, and have an easy time building trust within organizations. You thrive in assignments where you can contribute to long-term improvements and sustainable development.

Your assignment will take place at the client company, but you can choose whether you want to work as a subcontractor with your own company or be a consultant directly employed by Fasticon. As an employed consultant, you are covered by collective agreements, insurance, and occupational pension.
